This Saturday we are celebratin 3 years of Foreplay at Corbet Place!
All good things have an end and this edition of Foreplay will be the last one.
It's already been 3 years since we organised our first Audio/Visual Warm-Up at Corbet Place and it almost seems like it was yesterday. We invited many artists, some more established, some still unknown, almost all of them were friends.
Foreplay was never a banging party or peak time madness, it was rare to see the venue packed but we liked it that way....a small get together where you play an eclectic selection music, from jazz to house through triphop and electronica. And we loved it.....
And we love our final guest, mister Claus Voigtmann.
Claus has gradually become one of our closest musical friends, we spent many hours talking about music and playing music. He is a very talented deejay, one of those that tries to tell a story with his selection and manages to. Keep an eye on his productions because Voigtmann will deliver! If you don't believe us have a look at what a certain Jozif had to say about our guest in his interview for Teshno (http://www.teshno.com/2011/01/modern-amusement-preview-jozif-chat.html).
Last but not least Claus, together with Isis, has been rocking the electronic world of London bringing you ToiToi Musik, definitely one of the best musical concepts populating our beloved city's nights. They have showcased artists that deserve a lot of respect from the scene such as Sammy Dee, Jan Krueger, Jin Choi, Cesare vs Disorder, St,Plomb, Crowdpleaser, Lee Foss, Jozif, Seuil and more........And they will offer you the best 2011 Valentine Gift: a Live from Public Lover.
On the visual decks we welcome Hek (http://hektor.co.uk/)for the first time!
We couldn't end our cosy event series in a better way.
Fplay is dead, long live Fplay!
