On Saturday 12th March 2011 Sector events are proud to welcome the Neophyte Records ‘Creators Of The Core’ Tour to Glasgow for the second part of their 2 day UK mini-tour in association with Exposure DJ’s. The Neophyte name is one that has been on every hardcore fanatic’s lips for the last 17 years in Scotland, from the early Neophyte performances at Rezerection & Nosebleed right through to the hugely successful record label.

The team behind the event has over 50 years of experience between them putting together hardcore events, with this being one of their strongest and most anticipated to date. The venue for this will be the excellent Soundhaus in Glasgow, which recently played host to the Industrial Strength Records Tour back in August. This was one of the most talked about events of year and will go down in hardcore history, as will the Neophyte Records Tour. The club has a dark underground feel and a kick-ass sound system, which is perfect for this event.

The main room will feature top Dutch hardcore artists Neophyte, Evil Activities, Tha Playah and Panic, who are no strangers to Scotland. Normally these artists can be found playing at the biggest events and festivals wordwide, so this will be a rare chance to see them perform all together in such an intimate venue. Joining them are Scottish favourites Obsession & DJ Q, who have been pushing the Dutch hardcore sound since its birth in the early ‘90’s. The room will be hosted by legendary Dutch MC Da Mouth Of Madness, who has hosted practically every major hardcore event in Europe and beyond.

Room 2 is for the oldskool crew and for those that were too young to have experienced the Dutch hardcore sound first time around. Rotterdam hardcore pioneers Panic & Neophyte will be headlining the room and will be supported by Scotland’s Technotrance and Mark Maclauchlan, who were top of the bill at all the major Scottish events ‘back in the day’. Up & Coming DJ’s Detonator, Errol & Vertical Drop will complete the dj line-up, all chosen because of their love of the oldskool Dutch sound and for their dedication to the scene. Hosting the room is Scotland’s MC Loco, who will be joined by up and coming MC Rooney.
