The next instalment in the Shameless Disco presents.. series is fast approaching. We thought we’d keep it local this time and welcome a founding member of the modern London disco scene to the Horse & Groom to show us how it’s done.

On the 25th Feb we welcome Dan Beaumont to The Horse & Groom, something we’re all rather excited about...Dan is one third of the legendary Dalston Club night, Disco Bloodbath. The night that is in no small part responsible for the capital’s disco renaissance. Their mix of early house, disco and Italo made Disco Bloodbath a notorious and timely addition to the hub of London’s nightlife. Along the way they commandeered the services of such legendary DJs as Todd Terje, Serge Santiago, Daniel Wang, Optimo, the list goes on and on and on and on....

Dan has now also partnered up with Ben Rymer to form the duo ‘Jam Factory’ a project still in its infancy but something that i’m sure we’ll all be hearing a lot more about soon enough. It’s got Shameless Disco frothing that’s for sure!

With this all in mind, head upstairs at the Horse & Groom to revel in some hidden gems, forgotten classics and upfront house and disco as Dan, along with some support play from residents Aaron & Charlie, help you forget about the week gone by and celebrate the start of another weekend
