Following the massive success of Machine at Islington Metal Works, Ben Sims & Kirk Degiorgio take their 'new techno' concept clubnight to East Village in Shoreditch, with none other than Detroit techno legend DJ ROLANDO, producer of the anthem 'Knights of the Jaguar' (Underground Resistance / Ostgut Ton) as their headline guest

With all three DJs playing dj sets focusing on new records less than 12 months old, MACHINE is about pushing boundaries and exposing the wealth of excellent new techno.

Mon, 18 Apr 2011met some great people and had a really good night. hope you do some more nights kirk, keep trying to get the rights to your back catalogue so we can all have your music in our cd players again. Robin your a cool dude man hope to meet you again. Rolando was wicked he smashed the place up, and the venue and sound was wicked, totally inimate very cool 3.30's late enough for me i'm an old man now. Hey Tamamra, your the most beautiful woman i've ever met.

Sat, 16 Apr 2011Hi Albert - don't think the club are used to people going for it as early as 11pm on a Friday night - and we soon got them to raise the volume accordingly. The rest of the night was loud as fuck! That system was got some real welly. We'll be back at Metal Works for the next London edition - 6am license and 2nd room too! Hope to see you again and thx for coming.

Sat, 16 Apr 2011Had a not bad night but could have been better for sure! Never been to East Village before but won't be rushing back. The sound was just way too quiet. Could hear people talking over the music! Might have just been Sims though being a bit lightweight with the levels cos when Degiorgio took over from him it went significantly louder, though still not loud enough really.
