First and foremost, a huge thank you for your unmitigated support of our last event. We enjoyed every last minute of it, and your enthusiasm for joining us has paved the way for this... without doubt the biggest Kai-Zen event to date. So for our April installment we proudly and excitedly present to you.....

DEEPGROOVE!

These guys need no introduction. They’ve consistently and unrelentingly ignited dancefloors across the globe thanks to their flamboyant approach to DJing, combined with their intimate knowledge of the art of picking the right record at just the right time. Their innate turntable dexterity is matched only by their inimitable talents in the studio. Over the years, their output has been picked up by just about every major Dance imprint out there, including Cocoon, Rekids, Four:Twenty, Underwater, Turbo, Klang, Trapez, and Harthouse amongst many others. It’s fair to say Deepgroove are true pioneers of the scene, and we’re extremely privileged to have them perform under the Kai-Zen banner, for what promises to be a historic night.

As if that weren’t enough, we’re also welcoming back our friend Dave James to help get the night underway in the loudest possible fashion. You may remember his superb gig for us back in March 2010, and we’re only too happy to welcome him back to the fold for second helpings.

As always, the residents will be warming up/winding up the entertainments with House & Techno from across the board, and the evening kicks off at 7pm at Shoreditch’s finest beat-bunker, Public Life.
