Slippery is London’s new weekly Thursday night get together for lovers of quality electronic music. Spencer Parker is one of Europe's leading djs, his unique style of house music is in demand the world over and with his productions, remixes and re-edits being supported by names such as Radio Slave, Luciano, Richie Hawtin, Steve Bug and Locodice. Now established as much for his production and remixing skills as his djing, 2011 is already looking to be an amazing year for Spencer. Forthcoming singles and remixes are due on labels such as Rekids, Word and Sound, Ovum and Saved and his debut artist album will be released in the second quarter of 2011. He likes to party too!
It’s absolutely FREE to get in and drinks are pub priced so you’ll have a lot of fun without denting your bank balance. The action takes place in the basement at the Star of Kings, which is kitted out with an awesome Funktion One soundsystem, kicks off at 7pm and goes on until midnight. Why not head down after work, they do a great food menu upstairs, then come get your groove on down below.
