Sebo K has long been a key figure in Berlin’s music community. By the mid 90s he had discovered his love for Chicago house and Detroit techno, a passion evident to anyone who has heard the vintage depths to which many of his tracks reach. At the turn of the decade, he began playing regularly at legendary clubs throughout Berlin. Now, thanks to his releases on the Mobilee label, he’s becoming an unstoppable force in the electronic music scene. One of his first tracks for Mobilee “Rancho Relaxo”—a collaboration with Anja Schneider—was an instant classic, establishing Sebo as an up-and-coming act worthy of extreme attention. To declare that Sebo has lived up to expectations would be an understatement to say the least. Sebo has done remixes for some of the most respected labels (Poker Flat, Mule Electronic) and artists (Radioslave, Efdemin) on the planet. Meanwhile, his tracks have appeared on countless compilations and mixes by DJs such as M.A.N.D.Y., Richie Hawtin, Steve Bug, Dennis Ferrer, Loco Dice, and Dixon.
Mike Khoury’s sets continually blur the lines between techno, minimal, and tech-house . . . think fresh grooves, driving bass lines, and plenty of dance floor funk to keep late night revelers on their toes. Mike draws inspiration from the cutting edge sounds coming out of Berlin without forgetting his Chicago roots. As a resident for listed, Mike has played in San Francisco, LA, NYC, and Miami, plus countless gigs in Chicago. In 2007, he founded Varsity Allstars, a dayraving extravaganza with quarterly parties across the U.S. known for their kinetic energy. During a recent stint in London, Mike had a residency with the Lost Souls crew, giving him the chance to show his stuff for clued-in techno crowds at infamous underground venues Unit 7, The Key, and Bar 54. Mike has become a favorite at Public Life, the city’s beloved underground toilet-turned-club, where his closing sets have twisted the heads on London’s most notorious dance floor.
Originally from Detroit and currently based in Chicago, Jason Patrick currently runs the label Klectik Recordings. Klectik is currently on the rise, with its releases getting support from such world class DJs as Len Faki, Jeremy Caulfield, and John Selway. TimeOut Chicago has referred to him as one of the “most technical techno DJs in Chicago.” Recently Jason has seen his production crack the Beatport top 100 minimal chart. Jason has established himself as one of the top DJs in the city, where he is regularly featured at the best clubs playing alongside many international guests. A sound DJ for 10 years now, Patrick has played gigs in Berlin, Miami, San Francisco, Detroit, New York and more.
