Hosted by The Hoxton Pony’s very own DJ/promoter extraordinaire Ronnie Joice, every Friday night we’ll RE:JOICE it’s the weekend and put on a party that’ll make sure you see very little else of it until Monday morning!

We’ve got all your favourites – each week we present to you a brand new guest DJ from the world of music, TV, film and fashion.

If you like ‘em, we’ll get ‘em!

You learnt the lyrics off by heart, and the dance moves infront of the mirror.. you copied the fashions and most importantly, you always sang along!

Our job is to resurrect those fantastic records that you forgot about so that we can make you fall in love with them, all over again!

THE BROKEN HEARTS
“The Broken Hearts (Nisha and Amber) lead a new wave of female DJ groups who look and sound great.” - Elle Magazine. Well-known for their distinctive brand of spectacular DJing, The Broken Hearts have played some of the most exclusive venues in London, as well as shows throughout New York, Paris, Moscow and Milan. Their eclectic sets have been described by The Independent as, "a Hollywood musical on hallucinogenics." They're either fashion designers (Beyond The Valley) or are being played by fashion designers (PPQ) or they're radio hosts (Q Radio) or they're collaborating with super-cool musicians (Whitey) or documentary makers (Welcome to the Big Top) or just simply being commentators (T4's Frock Me). Number 6 in Elle magazine's 'Hot 20' and number 16 in The Observer's 'Cool List', turntable Goddesses Amber and Nisha are guaranteed to pull out a plethora of delights from both the DJ crate and the dressing-up box. Need we say more?

GEORGIE OKELL (T4)
She’s the latest member of the T4 family - presenting daily alongside Nick Grimshaw, Rick Edwards and Jameela Jamil and mornings on Freshly Squeezed. She's also a flippin' talented musician and DJ, and will be gracing our decks with her showbiz and musical know-how. Georgie hails from Chester, where she left after school to study International Relations and French at the University of St. Andrews in Scotland. During her four years there she hosted The Georgie O Show on St. Andrews Radio, a new music show for which she won an award in her final year, proving she’s a girl who knows her onions!

ELI AND FUR
The capital’s cutest new DJ duo addicted to pop. They met when they were 16 while studying music technology and art at Hurtwood House, a school for performance and creative arts in Dorking, which counts Emily Blunt and Leah Woodamong its alumni. Now housemates in Fulham, Eliza Noble and Jennifur Skillman have tuned their creativity to London's party scene. 'We always go out together and often wearing matching Henry Holland suspender tights. 'Our friends see us as one,' says Eli, who works for Kylie Minogue and Cher’s Xenomania. Their party habits, which see them bopping between Shoreditch House and the Notting Hill Arts Club, inspired them to hit the decks. 'We always notice the details when other people are DJing – it's become an obsession,'says Fur, who, by day, is an accessories designer at Aspinal of London. After buying their first decks a year ago, the pair have picked up tips and whose music tastes range from Katy Perry to Daft Punk, have now successfully launched themselves as pop DJs who specialise in a RE:JOICE house party vibe.

BLONDE AMBITION
Deanne Oliver-Evans aka Blonde Ambition is a party popper personified! Bringing a carnival feel to every gig she plays...with her excitable gyrations, high energy tunes & funky fresh mixes, her mission statement is to get the party rocking & that she does every time! Deanne not only spins her musical madness every weekend at some of the greatest events London has to offer but co-runs successful party 'Lovesick' thats soon become the talk of the town. With a long list of festival dates under her belt, fashion events & VIP parties worldwide, Deanne is the girl about town everyone wants at their party! A foxy, feisty, flamboyant female, thrashing out all sorts of floor filling, thumping, funky sounds. You should not miss this lady.

We’re gonna resurrect those fantastic records that you forgot about so that we can make you fall in love and with them, all over again! Set in the beautiful stylish and chic surroundings of The Hoxton Pony, an achingly cool late night bar in the heart of Shoreditch, expect to mingle with artists, authors, fash-trash & the occasional pop star or two every Friday night! There are no rules to this consummation, and it shows. Anything can happen.
