?Orange Rooms makes your Good Friday GREAT!!!
The Disco Shed crew hit Orange Rooms once again, but this time with a twist as they gear you up for the summer ahead and all the fantastic festivals this great land has to offer (many of which they will be featuring at themselves. They really will make your Good Friday GREAT!!!
Disco Shed / Disco Shed Soundsystem
Since its conception at an Oxford house party in 2005, the Disco Shed has become festival-land's must-have accessory, from the bigger (Reading) to the middler (Big Chill / Latitude) to the tiddler
(Truck / Festinho). With the Disco Shed Sound System, they bring their unique festival vibe indoors. Reknowned for it's kitsch party pummelling soundsystem and as eclectic as, well, the contents of
your average garden shed – Disco Shed DJs spin allotment-rockin' beats from soul to reggae, hip- hop to house, and dubstep to drum & bass, then drink the bar dry and moan about getting splinters.
The shed's collection of gnomes are blooming excited about coming to Southampton. They've never seen a boat before, you see.
Check out all their recent mixes here: http://www.discoshed.com/music/recordings/

“You can give people well organized festivals but it's this kind of magic that will stick.” MTV
“It's enough to make EastEnders' Arthur Fowler, massive shed fan that he was, rise from the grave” The Guardian Guide
"The rockingest shed outside Michael Jackson's garden, and with less nasty surprises in store." The Fly
“It's not any old shed, but the Disco Shed, the brainchild of Peepshow Paddy and Aidan 'Count Skylarkin' Larkin, who have converted a typical father's shed into a mobile disco. This ingenious invention has proved a hit at festivals” The Metro
"I was reviewing the bands at Latitude on Friday and Saturday for the Guardian but I thought the best thing all weekend was the disco shed!" Paul Lester, the Guardian Newspaper
