Just when you thought Human Error couldn’t get any bigger we once again give you a killer line up of today’s best electronic live acts and DJs.
Mighty Mouse are one of the most exciting prospects for 2011, remixing the likes of Gorillaz, Fenech-Solar, Robbie Williams, Shy Child and Bent whilst receiving support from the likes of Rob Da Bank (Radio 1), Jaymo & Andy George (Radio 1), Aeroplane... to name but a few. After surfacing through the blogs in 2009, they’ve gone on to release 2 volumes of their critically acclaimed ‘Disco Circus’ compilations series with both titles making it into Mixmag’s top 10 compilations of the year. They were tipped as an act to watch on BBC Radio 1 in 2010 and this year have been invited to be part of HMV’s Next Big Thing Festival.
Danny and Jamie (The C90s) have been sharing their love of disco, house and electro throughout Europe's biggest clubs ever since 2007. Signing to Relish Records in 2009 lead to two single releases and remixes for such artists as Filthy Dukes, Flight Facilities and Villa, all receiving heavy radio play and support from Annie Mac, Pete Tong, Erol Alkan, Tiga and In Flagranti amongst others. This year expect their first EP, tours of Australia and the States, and shows at UK festivals.
Visitor are a sort of pop-hungry, high drama missing link between The Killers and the Pet Shop Boys. They came into the limelight after releasing the hugely popular track “Los Feeling” on Alan Braxe’s Vulture Music. With new remixes and a long awaited EP soon to be released, a beautifully-crafted, lush and '80s inspired pop record; these guys are seriously on the up. BIG TIME!
New boy/girl duo Delfino Square combine hard electro, dubstep and dnb beats with La Rouxesque vocals and rebel-boy rap. Have shared the stage with some big names as well being playlisted by EddyTM on XFM's The Remix. Delfino Square bring the rave with their high-energy live act, so watch out for these guys and their techy sound in 2011.
Rising from the backwaters of London's Brixton Town, The Electric Riot disembark to deliver a fatal shot in the arm of dark disco with true grit. Like a bastard child from a drunken one night stand with Kasabian & Faithless, The Riot exudes a stance and sound that simply demands your attention!
If live music isn’t your thing then all the best of Human Error’s resident DJs entertain in the bar. Think big party dance tunes in the forms of Disco, Electro and House!
Hear We Dance have set the pink bar on fire over the last few months playing they’re pot of gold party tunes in the form of French disco, lively pop remixes and heavier electronic beats.
Italian duo Fanny Games let their fun personalities shine through their blend of own quirky productions and electro favourites. Plus Griff & Skilow (Human Error) keep it tight with the most cutting edge tunes from the blogosphere.
