To celebrate Resident Advisor's 10th anniversary, we've cooked up something rather epic: a series of ten parties in ten cities around the world, each with a secret headliner.
We take it the ten parties in ten cities thing is pretty easy to understand, so here's the deal with the secret headliners: each event will feature one carefully selected artist who we think has positively influenced the electronic music landscape over the past decade. Their identities will remain strictly under wraps until they take the stage. Up to that point, each one will be known simply as the X (see what we did there?).
For the tenth and final stop on our birthday adventure around the globe, we'll be setting up shop Trouw, home to our ADE parties in previous years. RA and the X have been busy curating a line-up fitting of the occasion and we're pleased to announce a night packed with both deep grooves and no-nonsense party jams: Infine boss
Agoria and Italian techno artist
Donato Dozzy will bring the former, ex-Wighnomy brother
Robag Wruhme and Leftroom head
Matt Tolfrey the latter. Joining the dots in the middle are Trouw residents
Patrice Baumel and
Nuno dos Santos (AKA 360). The party engulfs both floors of the cavernous club on the Saturday night of
ADE weekend, and as always, includes a secret headliner whose identity will be revealed the moment he or she steps into the booth.
