Brooklynites should once again get ready for a night full of the finest bone-rattling, booty-shaking bass imaginable, as the latest edition of TURRBOTAX® is set to descend upon their fine city later this month. As if all TURRBOTAX®s weren't special enough to begin with, this month's party should prove to be quite the unique event as it sees Hyperdub cohort and the Grimey Breakfast man himself, Scratcha DVA (pictured above), dropping his patented brand of UK stylings for his US debut. The party will also serve as a farewell of sorts to NY's madame of all things funky, Jubilee, who will be spinning one final time as a Brooklyn resident before taking her funky/housey/tropical bag of tricks to the warmer regions of Miami. Throw into the mix TURRBOTAX®'s esteemed list of resident DJs—Space Jam, Rem Koolhaus, Mayster, C-Sick, and Contakt—and The Cove will no doubt be the place for anyone interested in sizzling, futuristic, bass-heavy sounds.
