On Saturday 26th November, one of London’s finest house parties, Muak, celebrates 8 years of music with a very special party. Welcoming back a selection of amazing guests who make up the Muak family, this is set to be one incredible session…

Taking centre stage is Muak friend and very special guest, Kerri Chandler. A man who needs little introduction, Kerri has been smashing it for quite a while. He’s continued to find the right balance of staying with his roots and exploring new sounds, and this year he found a fresh audience with his residency for the Circo Loco crew, and has been one of 2011’s most in demand djs. He smashed the last Muak event, we can’t wait to welcome him and his box of tricks to the birthday…

Completing our international guest attendance is DJ Le Roi. This Swiss star knows how to work it and every Muak appearance has resulted in serious dancefloor destruction! You have been warned…

And finally, Muak co-conspirers and hosts, Zaki and Manish, will be keeping the candles burning.

It’s been a crazy 8 years with events taking place at large 2500 venues through to intimate warehouse gatherings. Staying true to the house sound, Muak has never verged to follow the trend. 2011 also witnessed the launch of the Muak label, of which the first releases have gone down a storm. There are plenty more surprises and plans in store for both the label and parties, roll on 2012…
