At the beginning of spring of 2011 year, group of young enthusiasts, good music lovers, active and extreme rest and sport decided to create here it radically new, unique atmosphere, ideology... so the idea of leadthrough appeared not commercial, andegraund of evening-parties in such here eccentric, non-standard apartment... 220 Volt is called to become the mestome of concentration of interests of people of various tastes, professions and ages, incorporated aspiring to development and fresh look in the future. The program of evening-party is directed on satisfaction of all musical queries of the About-European young people!

Our aims consist in development, popularization of electronic music in our town, education of musical world view. Search creative, musically and to the intellectually developed young people, to oriented only to the most fashionable, actual music!

The task of evening-party is education of cultural forms of leadthrough of leisure. Support of dynamic intellectual way of life of young people, growing of new garden-stuffs of the engendered tendencies.
