The Rock Garden is a beautiful and lush outdoor venue off of N Brewery Hill Drive & Kelly Drive by the W Girard Avenue overpass along the Schulykill River in Philadelphia. The event is set up at the back end of the park near the small duck pond in East Fairmount Park.
