I dont care who he is. sleepy stuff! it would be ok if it lasted for an hour and you could sit in theater seats and maybe there was a choir. the production quality of his sound is pretty great, but for 2 hours it was all starting to sound the same.. and what the fuck is he doing speeding up and slowing down the tempo every 3 minutes?! every 20 minutes maybe in a super fantastic part, but every song? lame one trick pony.

Tue, 02 Aug 2011yes, he can be both magic and very average...haven't seen the band yet, but i've been hearing mixed reviews. You have to give hime credit for pushing the envelope, though. The hype is generated by the scene, not the artist.

last year's bar25 set was, for example, pretty amazing.

I'm sure you and I can both draw up a long list of much more overhyped and undertalented artists.

Tue, 02 Aug 2011The concert showed again: Jaar is totally overrated. Especially with his band - such a boring performance. His record is nothing else then TripHop with a House bassline. Clean student music. Hipness will pass time will tell....

Mon, 01 Aug 2011tried getting entrance to this a little before 9pm. there were at least 100 people in line and nobody was being let in haha! i kept moving up in line, but only because people ahead of me were dropping out of line like flies... too bad
