Algiers, Drenge, Killington Fall, Cult Image, Small Ideas DJs.
OH HI GUYS!
So what with Freshers fast approaching we thought we'd have a super rad party to celebrate, so we're commandeering The Harley on the 21st, putting on some badass bands, dancing until dawn with the ever eclectic Small Ideas DJ's.
THAT SOUND GOOD? YEAH WE THOUGHT SO TOO!
So now to some, you know, actual information about stuff...
Q.) What's the plan?
A.) We've got 4 bands playing, or more specifically...
Indie Heartthrobs from right round these ends, ex-Dartz! and The Maple State more than living up to their previous work!
Local legends the Loveless brothers are ready to cook up another batch of live lo-fi goodness, come prepared!
Post-Math madness from LANDAAAN. Expect obnoxiously loud music, occasional screaming and stilted between song banter.
Geordie post-punks with a taste for fine knitwear. Soaring vocals, chiming guitars and a throbbing rhythm section, who could ask for anything more?
Alongside the ever eclectic Small Ideas DJs playing the widest range of music to be found under one roof in Sheffield (we're pretty sure...).
OH! And there'll hopefully be loads of other cool things going on as well, Mix CD swapping, Compilation CD acquiring and hopefully Vintage Video Game Playing!
Q.) Where is it?
A.) The Harley, just down the hill from the entrance to Bar One.
Q.) When is it?
A.) 21st September, which just happens to be slap bang in the middle of Freshers Week.
Q.) How much will it be?
A.) Really ruddy cheap! £2 and you'll be set for 8 hours of heinously intense fun.
