After a succesful first night at Roodkapje Rotterdam, we present to you.. the second edition of our disco/house event SLOW. A night which brings you the very best of beatdown, disco and sample-heavy house music. You can expect a wide selection of dj’s including the night’s main act: The Legendary 1979 Orchestra.
For those that don’t know already, The Legendary 1979 Orchestra is one of the most promising upcoming producers the beatdown/disco/edits scene has to offer. After impressive releases on labels such as Diner City Sound and Editorial, we can only say that the young Bucharest-born producer is definitely a name to watch. We suggest you check out his soundcloud if you want to do to some pre-partying. We can’t wait to hear what he has in store for us.
We will also have upcoming Rotterdam producers Plan d’Aqua doing a set for us. You may recognise this name as they’ve recently had a splendid release on the wonderful Dirt Crew label. Once again, we are eager to see what kind of releases they will have in the near future. In the mean time, we are honored to have them come and play a set for us.
We also have Rotterdam producer and SLOW resident Ben La Desh. Last time we had the Outernational favorite around, he tore the roof off with his deep disco-drenched house sounds. We can’t wait to have him repeat that.
Of course we will also have Outernational founders Gitchell Moore and Dragan Barisic warming up the night in classic Outernational fashion.
All of this and more will take place on the 4th of November at the beautiful new location of Pakhuis 15 at the Westelijk Handelsterrein (Rotterdam). Entranceprice is only 3 euro’s so make sure to put on your partypants and we’ll see you on the 4th!
