Now one of the UK's biggest open-air events and one of the most talked about fixtures on the summer festival circuit, Cocoon in the Park returns in 2012 to the picturesque estate of Temple Newsam, Leeds. Cocoon in the Park once again brings you a world class lineup of the most in demand artists across one stage.

Cocoon founder and godfather of techno Sven Väth will headline the event, alongside support from house and techno veteran Loco Dice, established Cocoon and Panoramabar resident, Cassy, with fresh, new talent in the shape of Seth Troxler, Ryan Crosson and Shaun Reeves performing together as the almighty Visionquest. The soundtrack to this amazing event will be powered by a full Funktion-One PA supplied by festival sound specialists Audio-Plus. Cutting-edge visuals, pyrotecnics and performances from the Cocoon dance troupe will also be on hand to transform the majestic backdrop of Temple Newsam House in to the ultimate boutique festival site.

This year again gives you the opportunity to go VIP and experience this unique show from a raised VIP platform with access to a private bar, toilets and complimentary glasses of champagne. VIP's have express entry through their own lane to beat the queues. To be part of this unmissable event grab your tickets today and join Cocoon, System and thousands of others at the UK's only Cocoon open-air festival. This year sees increased capacity due to phenomenal popularity and demand. Expected attendance is set to top previous years so early ticket purchase is strongly recommended. Tickets are now available and limited.

Coach packages are available from London, Liverpool, Manchester, Newcastle and Birmingham. Please visit www.cocooninthepark.com for more information.

Sun, 12 Aug 2012Maybe its because I'm getting on a bit, or maybe because I cannot mix perfectly by a long shot, but I do actually like to hear a few imperfect bits, a couple of dodgy mixes or whatever - cannot stand bland perfect sets that sound like the sync button is in constant use. I used to expect DJs to be perfect but I think I am more human now.

I'm sure you could, perhaps they will book you next year. Maybe Cassy will lend you her records too?

Tue, 24 Jul 2012The records did skip a couple of times- I can understand that but there were a handful of times where you could tell things were slightly running away with her and some desperate attempts to get things back in sync. That and fading out at the wrong time. I have a problem with paying to hear DJ's - and hyped ones at that- who cant cut it. First time Ive heard her but if you can't perform at that level, on that kind of stage- then move aside I say.I havent been behind the decks seriously for a... More

Tue, 24 Jul 2012Cassy had a record skip a few times, her track selection was flawless, it had nothing to do with her beat matching skills. Although it can sound terrible I'd rather listen to this than a pre-selected playlist from a button pusher any day
