SMASH TECHNO is the monthly techno kick-start to your weekend brought to you by members of Stay Up Forever records and the at Club 414, a sociable vibe space where you can here the best of London’s true underground techno pioneers rocking the needles off the decks with floor mashing tough beats.

Aaron is one third of the legendary Liberator Djs with Chris and Julian and has been rocking dance floors across the globe for over 16 years with firing sets of Techno and Acid Techno. Recent dj trips have seen Aaron playing in Brazil, Venezuela, Spain, Russia and up and down the UK.Alongside Chris Liberator Aaron owns and runs the Stay Up Forever label Collective which has giant Techno labels such as Hydraulix, RAW, Glitch and Cluster and of course the original Acid Techno label Stay Up Forever.

As a producer Aaron partners up with Guy McAffer a.k.a The Geezer for their Crash N Burn Acid Techno project which has produced the massive “Santa Pod” fro Stay Up Forever and “Man Bites Belgium” on their own Wah Wah Label.

Started Djinn at squat-parties, on sound-systems including Every1Sound, Malfaiteurs, Manik, KSS, 3bass, Sonic..then started my promotion Vote Techno Party, putting on nights at Jam, Brixton - booking Punk Floyd, nebula2, Aaron Liberator and more..then became resident at Stay Up Forever's Nuclear Free Zone at club 414..which is now Smash Techno, every 2nd Friday of the month, at Club 414 where we showcase a mixture of established and underground techno artists..then began production, launching my label Avinit Records..devoted to powerful pumping make some noise and melt your brain TECHNO!!

BIRI AKA DJBIRINIGHT is a natural born musician from Portugal with a gift for making noise, and being social! After a lifetime playing various instruments, he discovered electronic music in May 1996, and raved most of the weekends away in Portugal, as well as making outdoor parties(in the process he meet Spiral Tribe in Portugal plus others each one he regrets losing contact at the time for life reasons). He then decided to go to London, and slowly got involved in the UK dance scene. Its now 16 years that he has toiled behind the decks as a DJ, and has recently started to have fun, producing a few tracks.

DJ/producer Maxx, originally from Italy, is the owner and creator of Polymeric Records. and runs together with Rene Reiter the acclaimed label Carbon Audio, based in Austria. He is recently gaining the respect and support of DJ's like Richie Hawtin, Claude VonStroke, Chris Liberator, Patrick DSP, Matt K, Lars Klein, 3Phazegenerator, Aaron Liberator, DJ Misjah, just to mention a few now playing his tracks at their gigs! Maxx is well known at London Techno parties for his broad taste in Techno from minimal to funky to acid, to a more hard, raw edged sound, with rolling bass lines. His label launched in 2006 and has had six very successful releases featuring tracks from DJ Ogi, Chris Liberator, Sterling Moss, D.A.V.E. The Drummer, Jeff Amadeus, Ignition Technician, Concrete DJz, Pounding Grooves, 3Phazegenerator, Rene Reiter, Albert Kraner and M3ld.

His inspiration largely comes from his love for the London techno scene having played at many of the free parties for Underground Sound, E1S, Manik, and Malfaiteurs sound systems in and around London, and clubs and technivals in UK, France, Spain, Germany, Austria, Croatia, Poland and Italy, alongside Marco Lenzi, Aaron, Julian and Chris Liberator, D.A.V.E. The Drummer, Sven Wittekind, Ignition Technician, Pounding Grooves, Sterling Moss, Boris S, Jerome Hill, DDR, Dj Zebedee and Boy George to name a few! Maxx has been resident DJ for Koncrete, Tekslaves and On-Set parties in London, playing at many of the best techno venues in the city, like The Fridge, The Mass, Brixton Jamm, The Rhythm Factory, Club 414, Club Babalou and many more.

Rackitt spins mainly Acid Techno and has been djing for 10 years, producing for 6. Acid Techno is born from the London free party scene, and has been going strong since about 1993. since then shes played on many free party sound systems, such as Virus and Bedlam, before moving on to join the London squat party collectives Underground Sound, Restless Natives, Manik,Malfaiteurs and every1sound making a name for herself as one of the most talented and versatile free party DJ's. Although free parties in UK can go from Saturday night to Tuesday!, she does have a day job working within the Stay Up Forever collective comprising of London Legends the Liberator Dj\'s, between them they handle the record sales, licensing and a booking ageny. Her style, Acid Techno, has taken her throughout the country playing clubs, festivals and the more infamous Teknivals, as well as having the opportunity to play a selection of gigs overseas in Europe, Asia, Middle East, North America and South America. Rackitt's music and life represent\'s this sound and the underground movement nationally and globally.so come on Shejay....where's the Acid Techno box!!!
