Party Concept – Elegantly Wasted Saturdays with Velizar @ Vault is a weekly party that focuses on expanding the popularity of intelligent electronic dance music while encouraging creative collaborations among professional musicians, DJs, visual Artists and dancers. The party aims at introducing and promoting underground talents while maintaining the highest quality of music. It is a party that welcomes all intellectual and artistic people, and unites all with the beauty of electronic dance music.
One of the first DJs in Eastern Europe region to fight for the popularization of electronic music in the mid 90’s, Velizar began his DJ career at the tender age of 14. By 15, he had developed a passion for electronic music and was a full time DJ, playing across the country. He held residencies at the legendary Country Club on the beach in Sozopol, as well as at the Chervilo, Cutty Sark, and Kampione Clubs in Sofia. He played alongside such lengends as John Digweed and sven vath. Since 2003, Velizar has been actively involved in the NYC underground music scene with residencies at Midway, Click, Highline, Café Deville, Moomia, and has participated in various parties and events in Miami, Chicago, San Francisco, Mexico City, Berlin, London, and Barcelona. Currently, Velizar is the headline DJ and music director for In Progress, and holds the residency for Elegantly Wasted Saturdays with Velizar @ Vault in the Lower East Side.

EXEGESIS (Featured band)
Exegesis has performed at the 2003 Montreux Jazz Festival, The Summer Arts and Music Festival in Benbow California, The House of Blues, M Bar, The Knitting Factory, Galapagos Art Space in Brooklyn York, and Temple Bar in Santa Monica. EXEGESIS strives to bridge the gap between modern music technology and improvisation. It released its debut album, "The Order of Chaos” in August 2002.
Nick Demopoulos, guitar:
Nick Demopoulos has appeared in clubs, concerts and festivals throughout Europe, Canada, Mexico and the United States, including the LA County Museum of Art, The Phoenix Festival and the Hamburg Jazz Festival. He has performed with the Solsonics, Adam Dugas, Casey Spooner, International Fiction, Walter Thompson, Matt Otto, Ralph Penland, Art Webb and Angela Eyedealism. Nick has also composed two musicals in collaboration with playwright Ford Wright: Rhymes with Adventure and I, Medusa. Rhymes with Adventure was performed at the Soho Repertory Theatre and was chosen as one of the best theater pieces of the '99-00 season by the Village Voice.
Tomas Fujiwara, Drums:
Tomas Fujiwara has toured the United States, Canada, Mexico, Korea and Japan for three years as a cast member of the Off-Broadway hit STOMP, and has performed the show with the New York company at the Orpheum Theatre. A partial list of his performance and recording credits includes Anthony Braxton, Roy Campbell, Daniel Carter, Joe Chambers, Ravi Coltrane, Smith Dobson, Marshell Jones (Evidence of Things Not Seen, Flying Star Arts, 1999), Norah Jones, Steve Lehman, Mike Longo, Junior Mance, Tarus Mateen, Makanda Ken McIntyre, and William Parker.
Jeremy Wilms, Bass:
As a teenager, Jeremy Wilms studied classical guitar with Todd Seelye and John Sutherland. He earned a degree in music from Georgia State University where he also pursued Jazz Studies and formed a trio with drummer Woody Williams and bassist Mamaniji Azanyah. He has also performed with Butch Morris, Sunny Jain, Steve Shelley and Lee Ranaldo from Sonic Youth, Daniel Carter, Sabir Mateen, Gold Sparkle Band, Tim Foljahn, Chris Lee, Andrew Burnes, Christina Rosenvinge, Reverend Vince Anderson, Chin Chin, Akoya Afro-beat, Antibalas Afro-beat, Yusuke Yamamoto, Dub Nomads, Kevin Shea, TV On The Radio, Danny Leo and the Holy Childhood, and others.
