WLBC is a monthly clubnight at Ginglik which brings beat and big basslines back to West London.

This month we are returning to our roots and finally gets the two best Hip Hop/Reggae mashup DJs in the world to battle it out for supremacy - Nice Up label head DJ Shepdog and the mighty JStar. Expect to hear some of thiier official and unofficial mashups of The Gossip, Roots Manuva, MIA and many more!

Plus WLBC residents KC Blitz and Evil T bringing you the regular dose of electro, drum and bass and bubstep.

Dj Shepdog
Like his trusty four-legged namesake, this fella leads rather than follows the herd, which is probably why his skanking remixes of The Gossip, MIA and Jamie Lidell have gone down such a storm in clubs nestled in amongst his reggae-hip-hop-funk-house-anything goes DJ sets.

Jstar
The DJ, selector and remixer who laid down some of the most outstanding reggae remixes of the past few years. His limited edition unofficial blends put onto vinyl complimented the artists he reworked, and opened doors to full productions and remixes for major record labels including Sony, EMI, V2 and Acid Jazz amongst others This body of work saw Jstar invited to play around the world as a DJ, and contribute to local productions. Jstar has also brokered deals, helping aspiring other global remixers break into the vinyl market.
