SKINNERBOX:

Olaf Hilgenfeld (Germany) and Iftah Gabbai (Israel) are Skinnerbox, the latest signing of the well known berlin based label "BPitch Control".
They share their leftfiled, jazzy attitude, their style that‘s genre bridging and defying at the same time. Futuristic, funky, lunatic, playful, cute, sweet and ballsy – just when you think you can put your finger on it, they swing a left turn and you can‘t help but nodd your head with a smile on your face: yes, this still exists!

All these distinct details can be heard on their various releases from the last years, but far better in their live sets. Skinnerbox are an experience, taking you on expedition full of soul, breaking house, hard-edged techno-jazz and ambient electronica futurism.

NIMA KHAK:

2011 has been a busy year for Nima. Besides his residency here at 2.35:1 – one of Stockholm´s electronic music hot spots, he played at Amsterdam Dance Event, starting up the label 1:53.2 (first release in the beginning of 2012), released on ISL and for the 15 years of Drumcode collection, remixes for Patrik Siech, Pehr Genlogue and Svenska Björnstammen to name a few.

As a part of the new wave of Swedish techno artists Nima Khak is carving his own imprint on the genre with a deep groove and a pulsating beat, clear and consistent idea, forever curious, forever exploring.
