"Back By Popular Demand!!!" Sometimes it's an overused phrase but certainly not on this occasion! The success of our 20 year anniversary in August took us all by surprise. The response we got before, during and after the event was unbelievable! We had no idea that a little club in Longton meant so much to so many people. That was the point where we decided we had to listen to the people who count; you. We were getting tons of emails, facebook messages and phone calls asking when we could put on another event so we put our heads together and came up with this. If last time wasn't as good as it gets with regards to the original line up, we've gone one better this time! We have secured the services of one of the biggest names to come out of the success of Shelleys Laserdome. He went on to produce records for the likes of Kylie, The Pet Shop Boys, Michael Jackson, U2 and dozens of underground dance artists over the last 20 years as well as becoming a massive international DJ that has played all over the globe many times over. 2 of his first records were arguably 2 of the biggest records played in Shelleys and in every burgeoning dance night across the world. His BROTHERS IN RHYTHM project spawned "Such A Good Feeling" and "Peace & Harmony" which still to this day are 2 of the biggest Old Skool house records going. We are very proud to have the original DELIGHT resident who played on that famous NYE in 1990 alongside Sasha, the one the only DAVE SEAMAN!!! If this wasn't auspicious enough, we have the original line up that played at the 20th anniversary also! DJ legends PETE BROMLEY & DAZ WILLOTT both played Shelleys in its early days and Daz along with LETHAL went on to become the residents there every Saturday for Amnesia, and later in 1992 on a Friday also when Entropy moved there from the Leisurebowl. Rave superstar MARK ARCHER from ALTERN8 who was almost part of the fixtures and fittings at the Laserdome will be performing again, ably assisted by local MC legend CANDY. If this wasn't enough we have another local legend who goes further back along the house music timeline in the form of UK Acid House pioneer and local B-Boy legend DIZZIE DEE, now better know as DANNY MEKANIK of course taking you on a journey all night in room 2 as only this guy knows how! MATT ERST will be replicating his awesome performance on the roof that was so well received on the anniversary gig so rest assured that it will be quality all night long no matter where you are in the Sugarmill on Boxing Night for this, our first ALLNIGHTER!!!
