OFF THE RECORD refers to the fact, during an interview, that the words which are then held, should not be used in any case assigned to the issuer.
The expression can nevertheless be deliberately mentioned at some point, just to stir the interest of the interlocutor and allow him to focus on the facts that you want to see exploited and/or referred to without directly demanding this.

OFF THE RECORD is a multidisciplinary platform that wants to be discharged from all marketing constraints, mainly dedicated to music, but also to mapping and visual arts in general.

OFF THE RECORD wants to offer you something different... something fresh. It can be something cutting edge and innovating, but not only reserved for the well informed ears among us. Our aim is to broaden the horizons of the public with quality music, which is hard to find in a scene that is mainly hijacked by mainstream music.

• MORITZ VON OSWALD (DE) ft Tikiman (DOM) •
Considered by all as one of the pioneers of techno 'berlin style' and dub techno, instigator of projects among which Basic Channel, Maurizio or even Rhythm and Sound, he is one the most important contemporary producers of electronic music and that for over 20 years. He's also considered to be a heavy weight mentor to names such as Carl Craig and Ricardo Villalobos. For his live set he will be accompanied by the unique voice and island accent of the Dominican born Paul St Hilaire, alias Tikiman, one of the Rhythm and Sound acolytes since the inception, he grosses in projects such as The Bug, Moderat, Deadbeat etc….

"My dj'ing is all about serious fun", Niel Luinenburg has been making his contribution to the techno scene for a couple of years so far, and he has already had the chance to play regularly at Panorama bar, London's Fabric or even New York's Bunker. The hallmark of his sets is minimal but powerful.

Juju and Jordash are an Amsterdam Duo whose music is a fusion between acoustic electronics on the crossroads where Detroit techno and Chicago house mix with free jazz. Or to put it differently where the music of the future mixes with influences from the past, and how experimentation marries with esthetics.

• PIXEL LEGION presents ]BÜM[ (BE) •
]BÃœM[ is the result of of research into the concept of modularity, sometimes in three dimensional space and otherwise in time. The result of this research is materialized thanks to a structure that can be transformed into multiple levels.

A tangible level: the structure is made up of identical elements of which the combination can take an infinitesimal amount of shapes according to the room in which it's installed.

A virtual level: video images are created by a reactive audio patch using the same principle of modularity. Created specially for the structure thanks to touch design real time synthesis software, these images are superposed on the first level allowing for a transformation into time.
