Hurly Burly: vienna's finest house

Jay Shepheard gab den Auftakt im Oktober und auch diesmal kramten wir wieder in der „Mann ist das geil! Endlich House mit Stil“ - Kiste und fanden dort die Zwillinge die gar keine sind und eigentlich nicht mal Fleisch essen: die ADANA TWINS.

Die ADANA TWINS vom renommierten Label Exploited und Residents im Hamburger BAALSAAL haben mit „Juicy Fruits“ einen Slow House Remix der Extra klasse hingelegt.

Aber sorry Jungs, leider sind eure anderen Tunes auch soo knackig und soo nice, dass der Titel "One-Hit-Wonder" an jemand anderen vergeben werden muss!

Die bezaubernde Mia Rabe (millhouse) wird nicht nur für optischen Genuss sorgen und mit Thomas Saubermann von Houztekk die Beilage zum fleischlosen Musikkebab geben.

Exploited dip their toes into the world of disco edits with the launch of new sublabel Black Jukebox introducing the Hamburg axis Adana Twins (comprised of Friso & Benni) into the fold. Adana Twins (alongside Doctor Dru) lead the way with their slo-mo housed-up boogie-soul joint “Juicy Fruit”. Alongside it “Supreme” dips into housier territory with the primitive scratching and rising piano lines giving proceedings an 80s sensation soaked with twilight niceties. Both tracks are presented it in a nicely recut fashion reminiscent of the great Tiger & Woods. Adana Twins host a regular night at their residency Baalsaal in Hamburg. Those guys have some nice stuff coming up.
