A long long time a go, in a galaxy far far away, Jstar began DJing in London and South East UK, owning a small sound system, putting on parties in scenes from reggae to rave, hiphop to house

Now, aswell as Djing at many festivals such as Glastonbury (UK), The Big Chill, Secret Garden Party, Womad, Gurtenfestival (CH), Fusion Festival (D), Splore (NZ), One Love (NZ) he has accompanied DJ slots with artists such as Shapeshifter and Tiki Taane (NZ), Dreadzone, Don Letts, Plug3 (DeLaSoul), Trojan Soundsystem, Benny Page, A-Skills, Dead Prez, Cypress Hill, Beta Band, Mark Ronson, Morcheeba and Andy Smith Recent years have seen Jstar join David ‘RamJam’ Rodigan and Earl Gateshead many times at London’s“Rootikal” reggae event.
