The Prodigy are proud to present the next instalment of their ‘Warrior’s Dance Festival’ at Kalemegdan Fortess in Belgrade on September 15th 2012.

3 stages on 1000 year old Kalemegdan Fortress, Early Bird tickets now sold out, and full travel packages announced.

Serbia and The Prodigy have a special longstanding relationship. After the collapse of Yugoslavia and years of war, the band performed in 1995 where they were the first International act to perform in Serbia in over a decade, and even presented with the keys to the city of Belgrade (which they soon lost!). Voted by the Festival fans as ‘best band ever’ to play Exit, they were brought back by popular demand, giving them the chance to be the only International band to headline the Festival twice. Now, 2012 sees the band curate and perform at their own Warrior’s Dance Festival in Serbia. After the success of the inaugural WDF event in Tokyo ‘09, and the phenomenal UK edition in front of 65,000 fans at Milton Keynes Bowl 2010, the third Warrior’s Dance Festival arrives in Belgrade.

“It’s immense to be bringing our Warrior’s Dance Festival to Belgrade. We have a long-standing history with the Serbian people. Lookin’ forward to bringing the Prodigy noise and chaos to our own all nighter…. Playing alongside us will be our man Skrillex, Chase & Status, Zane and others till 6 the next morning - see ya there, its gonna explode!” Liam, Keef, Maxim (The Prodigy)

Warrior's Dance Festival continues to grow as more acts are announced to play at the Kalemegdan fortress this September. Joining The Prodigy and Skrillex are UK production duo Chase & Status who having worked with Snoop Dog and N.E.R.D are one of the biggest selling artists in the UK, selling over 1million singles, their album 'No More Idols' achieved double platinum status with the pair being nominated for 'Best British Group' at the Brit Awards. Smashing dancefloors worldwide with their anthems. Selling out solo shows and headlining festivals, Chase & Status (DJ Set) will be smashing the fortress with much of the same furore with MC Rage on the mic.

Next up is Caspa the king of dubstep. Not content with running 3 labels, producing dancefloor bomb after dancefloor bomb and the acclaimed album ‘Everybody’s Talking, Nobody’s Listening’, his remix skills are in higher demand than ever, remixing for the likes of Deadmau5, Miike Snow, Depeche Mode, Kid Sister and Adam F & Horx feat Redman to name just a few. Having played Exit Festival in the past, his performance at Warrior’s Dance means a welcome and exciting return for everyone’s dopest ghost.

Radio 1’s Zane Lowe also joins the immense line up, Zane spends days showcasing the hottest new music and nights playing them to dancefloors, ripping up and churning out beats to a frenzied crowd, he’ll be warming up for The Prodigy in his own impressive style.

Last but certainly not least is Feed Me. The first external artist to feature on the infamous mau5trap label. The international acts are complemented by the best Serbian regional acts including Goblini, Eyesburn and Ritam Nereda
