After a long winter of discontent, krankbrother open its season of outdoor parties with a special line up at one of our favourite venues - which will include an outdoor terrace, a loft and a warehouse space. 3 ARENAS OF MUSIC PEOPLE! We'll also have a DELICIOUS BBQ on the go all day. Butcher & Baker will be serving up some hearty American food offering an American Po' Boy classic; the Philly Cheesesteak! Deliciously soft american style rolls stuffed with wafer thin slivers of rare breed sirloin steak, covered with melted Provolone cheese, then dressed with crisp iceberg lettuce and our special recipe pizza sauce.

To suit the warmer weather and the pleasant surroundings, we've booked two pioneers of the modern disco sound - Todd Terje and DJ T.

Todd Terje will play an extended afternoon set outside on the terrace. After a huge year of chart topping releases in 2011, Todd is a man in serious demand. He couldn't be more perfect for the afternoon sunshine, with his unique ability to draw on anything from deep funk, latin jazz, disco or modern house and techno. He's also pretty much the king of the EDIT - bringing his own Terje twist to classic tunes. Todd himself describes his style best: "I like playing big room/macho style, but at the same time it's the girls I play for really. So I guess it's a mixture of high octane, leather homo-disco done up with mambo, coconuts and lipstick". Can't argue with that.

Our headliner DJ T really needs no introduction. He was one of the most talked about artists to play at krankbrother in 2011, and we've been waiting to have him back ever since. As founder of Get Physical Music, we've always had a lot of respect for him as a pioneer of the scene, as well as being an extraordinary producer and DJ in his own right. In his DJ sets, he effortlessly infuses soul into the dance floor, and his darker take on disco will be the perfect answer to an afternoon with Todd Terje.

And to top it off, they'll be 4 acts from krankbrother agency on the decks throughout the day - Nick Lawson, Adeline, Ashley Wild and krankbrothers will all offer support to the disco kings. Adeline brings her sultry vocals and deep basslines to the loft space, after her huge Get Physical / Kindsich release earlier this year. Labelled one to “keep an eye on” in 2012 by dance music institution Mixmag, Adeline is set to land herself in the collective consciousness of deep house connoisseurs and dance floor enthusiasts in the not so distance future. Ashley Wild made his first mark on the dance community in 2011 with Riding in the Red, and is sure to continue this upward trajectory throughout 2012. Nick Lawson makes his long awaited krankbrother debut, bringing his trademark deep deep house sound to the floor.
