Party People unite for some Proper techno!
For this event, Twice as Proper showcases two of the most well-known NYC underground techno Dj's: Giovanni (Trilogy) and Connie (ReSolute)!
For years, they have been representing for their event organizations by playing alongside major international superstar techno DJ's on stages and booths in venues around NYC. This time Craft & Shadi invite them to represent for Twice as Proper for an all New York locals night.
We return to our favorite dark underground basement club with these most serious techno artists to represent for our city. Experience this dj performance and feel raw bass propelled out of the proper "TurboSound" system installment. National Underground basement has recently upgraded its dj booth, instaled a lighting system with lasers and light controllers, new wood flooring, sound-proof cubes on the walls and smoke machines to enhance our ridiculous journeys.

"Twice as Proper" and their founders:
Twice as Proper is a New York City Based Underground Techno Events organization. Shadi & Craft co-created the movement "Twice as Sweet" which then became "Twice as Proper Sessions". With an impressive over 200 events and counting, it is now well established in the NYC underground techno scene. 2012 will be the 5th year, and with quite an illustrious list of guest DJ bookings in venues across Manhattan & Brooklyn, there is always something exciting and different to expect from the events. In 2010, Twice as Proper hosted 8 events in Playa del Carmen (Mexico) during the winter, while keeping regular NYC events alive as always. 2011 was fantastic for the two artists bringing International tours in 5 countries (USA, Italy, Egypt, Mexico, Costa Rica), international radio shows, podcasts, music productions, TV coverage (Italy, Mexico, Costa Rica), TV coverage, soundcloud recordings listened to in over 84 countries, new fans and friends. Craft & Shadi have been a DJ duo since 1994 on those legendary Technics 1200's. Then followed the years of CDJ technology and mixers with effects, always keeping it dark, deep, dirty real serious. They now often perform live mixes with the ultimate Xponent controller, with many built-in live effects. They go on with explosive sets, chopping' up loops and samples, all while in the mix. The result is always "Massive". Craft & Shadi promise to rip it Proper. No crap.

He was playing all sorts of music from Electro, Techâ€house to Breaks.
Spinning in the most popular clubs in the capital city †Monitor, Barbarella, Arena, La Sala and 4Rooms †he had a huge success and got the attention of Ultrabass collective whom, in 2004, invited him to play at the Bogotraxx Festival which is a selfâ€funded independent festival with the objective to spread electronic art and music to the different sectors of Bogotá with free concerts and workshops.
This festival has the participation of Djs from Germany and France where this festival was celebrated simultaneously.
Giovanni’s participation in the arts and electronic music festival Bogotrax propelled a European tour later on, 2004 where he spinned in:
Glazart (http://www.glazart.com/),
