We appreciate that you guys missed out on Drumcode’s 15 Year Anniversary celebrations last year and we feel real bad about that, but we just couldn’t make it over the Atlantic Ocean before the sands of time marked the passing from 2011 to 2012. So, please help us to feel better about ourselves by allowing us the opportunity to belatedly share with you a very special Miami WMC taste of the Drumcode birthday magic at Treehouse, Miami - South Beach’s prime techno venue - on Thursday 22nd March 2012.

Flying in with Adam especially for this party are his own handpicked selection of party starters. Ida Engberg, our very own hostess-with-the-mostess, will be greeting all you early birds to the party and warming up proceedings in the Sunshine State with her sonic rays of techno gold before Paul Ritch makes his making his long-awaited Treehouse debut, showcasing his acclaimed live show of dynamic, emotive techno. Finally, to put the cherry firmly on top of the birthday cake, Adam Beyer will enchant you all with a 3 hour closing set.

For those of you who prefer the more intimate settings of the front room, we will trust you into the company of two trusted Drumcode maestros and firm Miami favorites. Alexi Delano and Tony Rohr will combine to present a unique performance as they sound track the entire evening in a special back-to-back tag-team set that promises to combine Alexi’s sultry spells of late-night, tech-edged voodoo with Tony’s ever-so-slightly left-of-centre robot funk.

Drumcode will be bringing the birthday spirit to WMC as we transform the venue into a Sweet 16 birthday bazaar for one night only. There will be extra Drumcode points awarded for those who attend in fancy dress as Sweet 16 princes and princesses and there will also be the chance for a lucky few to go away with a Drumcode Sweet 16 Birthday goody bag.
