Playing host to Circo Loco, Cocoon, Drumcode and a host of other world-class shows, we couldn't settle for anything less with this party. Spread across 5 arches and boasting a spacious outdoor smoking terrace fitted with a bar and shelter (if necessary) - it's no wonder it's London's favourite warehouse space!

Please do not drive to Great Suffolk Street Warehouse. There is no parking and Southwark Council employ a company to clamp and tow vehicles. Southwark tube is only 2 minutes walk. There is a licensed cab service available at the venue.

What a 10 years it has been for Berlin's infamous Watergate Club!

Hosting parties from the world’s top labels and brands, being nominated in the top 10 world’s best clubs, and a huge list of dance music heroes have graced the hallowed turntables while the Watergate record label has churned out a ground-breaking catalogue of music with 12” releases, digital downloads and the Watergate compilations.

Now it’s time to celebrate such an impressive past with a forward thinking party combining future stars with established legends in the UK's capital on Bank Holiday Sunday 6th May 2012.

Ellen Allien, dubbed Berlin’s queen of the techno underground, BPitch label head and Watergate resident joins us for the celebration. Ellen has headed up line ups at the world’s hottest disco’s from DC10 to Fabric and last year she was asked to headline the massive BERMUDA festival’s climactic end in the Templehof, a disused WWII aircraft hangar. She has combined a DJ career with a successful label which continues to inspire with its pioneering output of tech house / techno whilst also running a popular fashion range under her name. Ellen has become a staple of Watergate since her 05 mix in 2009 and her popular ‘BPitch Nacht’ is one of the most popular at the club – it was only fitting that she headlined the bill.

Alongside Ellen is Pan-Pot the German techno sensations signed to Mobilee who’ve risen up the ranks to find themselves at the top of every credible bill in the world from Cocoon Heroes in Ibiza, Timewarp festival in Mannheim and Miami’s Winter Music Conference and the pair received high praise from Dubfire amongst others. They take to this party after launching the sixth edition of Mobilee's ‘Back to Back’ series which also features ‘Pan-Pot - The Documentary’, a DVD that follows the pair on a 12-month tour around the world so they’re more than ready for this show.

Marco Resmann is one of Berlin’s most established DJ/producers working with the likes of Mobilee records’ Anja Schneider and with his own distinctive solo releases and collaborative ideas. You might recognise him as one half of Moon Harbour’s flagship act Luna City Express and he was also the man who brought Pan-Pot to life but left the duo and continued alone to concentrate on LCE, his solo projects and his ‘Upon You Records’ label. His Watergate 10 compilation due out in spring 2012 is one of the most popular and anticipated to date so he was an obvious choice for this party.

Late addition, but by no means any less - we have Watergate 07 creator and German scene favourite, Lee Jones. With a generous helping of releases on Aus Music, CityFox and more, we're very excited to welcome the Watergate member to the line up. Bring on the noise! :)

Last but by no means least is Mr. Watergate himself – Metro – co-founder, resident DJ and the man behind Watergate’s musical policy, in control of bookings and music direction who in his spare time organises the monstrous BERMUDA (Berlin Music Days) festival bringing all house/techno music’s stars to Germany's capital for one huge weekend culminating in a gigantic marathon finale in the now infamous Templehof.

As if the Watergate 10 Year anniversary wasn't enough...? Now joining us at this momentus party will be world-reknowned talent agency and record label - air london. Consistently holding its head up high in the world's music industry by running a constantly evolving forward-thinking A&R department, air london are strong scene favourites - we literally couldn't think of anyone better to host this space.

After selling out two exclusive shows last year in East London, we expect this party to be very, very exciting...

Co-ordinating the celebration is Junk Department who last year hosted two of the most talked about warehouse parties in London co-hosting with Zoo Project and their own solo party with DJ Sneak and Shonky at the helm. The Junk Department ethos of quality sound, meticulous attention to detail, enthusiasm and party-first, ask-questions-later ethos combined with Watergate’s quality will no doubt create memories that will last on throughout the next decade.
