Based in Berlin, Deepchild (aka Rick Bull) is from that halcyon place known as Australia. In our mind, Australia is like heaven, where everyone appreciates electronic music, there are few rockists and dance parties happen on the beach all day and all night long.

Of course that's not the case.

Though Rick's excellent music seems to indicate that. He's a well-respected producer of music (Get Physical, Freerange, Trapez) but also excels in the DJ booth, playing celebrated sets from DEMF to Toyko to Russia to, yep, Australia. Deepchild is also a friend of the film Speaking in Code, some of which was filmed in and around the Middlesex Lounge.

He is, to avoid a less-appropriate word, The Man.

Tonight he plays a live set, recreating and manipulating his own music right before your very eyes. Get deep: Be there or be square.
