Sun, 15 Apr 2012One of the more disappointing nights I've had at Fabric in the last couple of years. Found the atmosphere 'flat' in the club all night. Max Cooper disappointed - and there was insufficient energy (don't see how that set could in all honesty be described as 'energetic !).

Capriati's set in Room 2 was pretty dull and despite the 'up for it' crowd the magic never materialized. Plenty of sweaty vests in the corner of the dancefloor, however, did.

Mon, 02 Apr 2012Fantastic night. Wasn't sure what direction Sasha was going to go in, but the majority of this set had some pretty fuffy trancey stuff all the way though it which I think sounded a bit out of place in Room 1.

Room 1 was pretty packed at the front, not nearly as rammed as Villalobos's last set earlier this year. The majority of girls are always going to attract bad attention in Fabric, specially from the tourists. I always find that the majority of the pricks end up leaving before 3/4 am... More

Yep...there was a lot of jostling and a lot of douche-bags trying to cram into an already packed dance floor...the balcony overlooking the main room was a tad better, though I nearly got into trouble with one guy when he decided there was enough room for him and his GF between me and the people I was standing behind over looking the balcony! and the main room itself was getting too hectic with everybody trying to just find space!

Sun, 01 Apr 2012Short review of Fabric: great club, awesome sound system. Met some cool people. Sasha was up and down. Some mega head-exploding tracks, but too much fluffy trancey stuff. The good made up for the bad though.

Teej's set had a really good reception from Room 1. It was packed and people were going off.

Sun, 01 Apr 2012It wasn't visible - you know how you can get squeezed together in a crowd, hands go everywhere. Must suck to be a girl in fabric.

Fabric's 12th birthday last november (?) was the worst I've ever seen it.

The only way to keep behaviour like that at bay is by having an extremely efficient (read: harsh) door policy, which unfortunately always turns out to be shallow. I think that's part of the reason why places like Berghain are so popular: people in there are actually there to party.... More

I was initially stood fairly close to the front, slightly to the right of the booth. There was a lot of jostling and some unintentional pushing up against people, but I didn't personally see anything like you've described.
