Sunday May 6th mayhem will break loose at Woodstock69, as the one and only
Butch takes to the decks for one of his roaring tech house sets. With an extra long
set from Holland’s own tech house legend Erick Eerdhuizen and Belgian Ugur
Yurt, this is set to be one rollercoaster-ride of a beach day.
Butch spent the past few years delivering a constant amount of high quality
releases. He sails through the different genres of electronic music with such an
ease and passion, he has become one of the most sought-after names worldwide.
Throughout his career, Butch experimented with tech-house, minimalist deep
and techno sounds. His tracks are playlisted by the likes of Richie Hawtin,
Dubfire, Villalobos, Luciano and many others. But behind the decks is where
Butch truly gets to shine, so don’t miss out on this one.
Erick Eerdhuizen has been around since the early days of house in Holland. As
a resident of the RoXY, he first got to give Amsterdam its weekly dose of spaced
out techy house. Nowadays, he’s at it with renewed strength and some smashing
releases on his own label Smaakstof. Try and stand still, when Erick lures you
into one of his extra long sets; we dare you…
As for Ugur Yurt, he’s been a regular of Woodstock69. This Belgian from Turkish
decent is one of the driving forces behind Labyrinth, and is renowned for his
driving style. Always taking head of the storyline, without loosing the eye on the
dancefloor, Ugur always delivers a dj-set to remember.
