Nick Dare (Prologue)
It gives us great pleasure to announce that JackYourBody has been asked to bolster the already awesome House Proud events at Fez Club. Having been inspired by our hedonisitic exploritory missions to some of London's most iconic clubs we knew there was only one guest DJ to get us started!
Prologue resident NICK DARE has graced the decks at The Cross, East Village and Fabric alongside some of the scenes most established and pioneering DJ's such as DAVID MORALES, SATOSHI TOMIIE, TERRY FRANCIS, NORMAN JAY and TERRY FARLEY. His sets encompass a sublime mix of underground house, tech grooves and timeless classics.
If you havent been to a Prologue event take NORMAN JAY's word for it - "I had it 'off' in a major way down at the outrageously firing house night at East Village for the Prologue boys. The capacity club down in the basement were MORE than up for a party, I can tell you - raising the roof, cheering and dancing their socks off. Boy! Did they rock da joint or what? An incredible party atmosphere which even took me a little by surprise at the sheer intensity of it all. ACE!!!!!"
In 2001 Nick launched Reform Recordings, a label renowned for pushing quality underground house, achieving worldwide sales in vinyl and digital format and regularly featured in the pages of DJ, IDJ, DMC, Update, M8, TTR, Resident Advisor and 365 Mag. Reform received Club and Radio support from an incredible variety of DJ’s and producers both underground and overground. The label mainly featured Nick’s own productions recording under the names of Nick Dare, Overdrive and Liquid Dreams.
Fast forward to present day and Nick’s productions are still destroying dance floors with releases and remixes on notorious labels including Lost My Dog, One Thirty Recordings, Wiggle, Tall House, Tango, Detour and Deepology.
It's definitely time to Jack!
