Pete Tong to make first San Francisco appearance in four years.

Saturday 7th April, Vessel proudly welcomes a true pioneer of electronic music, a scene shaper, a champion of new forward thinking sounds, a household name, a man who needs no introduction, Pete Tong.

A man at the top of his game, it’s hard to find others in the industry who’ve done as much for house music than him, whether it be his world famous Radio 1 Pete Tong show; that breaks the biggest electronic music tracks and artists before anywhere else. Or his annual industry conference – the Ibiza Music Summit, where the elite of dance music meet each year, all programmed and curated by Pete and his team.

Famed for touring all over the world at the best clubs and biggest festivals. If Pete hasn’t played there, it’s not worth playing at.

His triumphant return to Pacha Ibiza in 2011, with his All Gone Pete Tong parties have been the success story of the island. Mixing biggest names in house such as 2ManyDJs, Sander Kleinenberg and Fatboy Slim with the best of the underground in Paul Kalkbrenner, Derrick Carter, Trentemoller, Laurent Garnier and Gui Boratto to name but a few. These parties have firmly re-established Pacha as the place to be on a Friday in Ibiza.

This Saturday 7th April, he makes his Vessel debut, on ‘that infamous sound system’ and his first appearance in San Francisco since 2008. To say this is one of those ‘highly anticipated shows’ could qualify as the understatement of the year…
