One of the most influential indie bands of the last decade, back together and making their long awaited LIVE debut on the Rocks Stage... Ladies and Gentlemen we give you… Bloc Party!

After a two years hiatus, line up change rumours and frontman Kele Okereke starting his own successful solo career (playing a storming show at Ibiza Rocks in 2010 along the way) fans may have feared the band had broken up for good. But we are excited to confirm the London 4 piece are reunited, rejuvenated and ready to storm the Mallorca main stage for a massive show in September.

Mallorca Rocks was born to create a night for dance kids who wanted to rock and rock kids who wanted to dance. Bloc Party are the very essence of that vision. With classic albums Silent Alarm and Weekend in the City getting crowds across the world jumping and spawning cult favourites Helicopter, Banquet and The Prayer the band pushed the indie boundaries on their third record Initimacy and invaded the dancefloor with the huge hits Flux and One More Chance.

Now with a highly anticipated new album in the works that frontman Kele Okereke says is “like nothing you will have heard before” it’s a huge honour for team 'Rocks' to finally be bringing one of the bands that influenced the brand, Bloc Party, to the Balearics for the very first time this summer.
