Jon Rundell:
Jon has never been a follower. Very much his own man and entirely his own artist, he has never being swayed by trends or fashions. Preferring instead to challenge and ask questions of what’s going on around him, Jon’s output has remained unique and interesting right from the start of his career back in 1996. Experimental at times, but always matured and versatile, he has remained a highly consistent producer and DJ across almost any strand of electronic music for the last fifteen years.

Throughout his career, people have gradually begun to come around to his ever-evolving sound despite the fact that typically, he hasn’t changed his ideals throughout. A few of the production techniques have changed along the way and the quality has enhanced but it has all been carried out with the same intent. Constantly adapting and evolving, Jon has never been afraid of experimenting and bounces off ideas as he looks to make music sealed with a stamp entirely of his own. That tireless work has paid dividends, particularly since the latter part of 2008 which has really seen a turn in Jon’s career. Intec founder Carl Cox has always been a staunch purveyor and strong supporter of both Jon’s production work and DJ ability, but his appeal has since reached a wider range of people. Jon’s music has always been heavily supported but more recently, it is being hammered by stalwarts of the scene from Richie Hawtin, Loco Dice and Nic Fancuilli to Fergie and Cristian Varela with whom Jon has had releases with.

Following releases on Intec Digital, Spinnin’, Cristian Varlela’s Pornogrpahic Records, Umek’s 1605 label and Trevor Rockcliffe’s Mentor Records, Jon’s music has now been selected for releases on Fergie’s Excentric- Rekluse imprint and Carlo Lio’s Rawthentic label. This year, Jon launched his own imprint which was born out of the belief in his own music – Etch Recordings. The label is the result of a pure desire to get his music out there and push the tracks that he truly believes in.

Recent remix requests allude to Jon’s broad appeal, with a Moby remix completed for his remix album, equally impressive remixes for Carl Cox’s album and for Paul van Dyk’s ‘In Between’ album followed. Jon has even turned in a Latin Gilles Peterson remix. His other remixes have appeared on the likes of Sound of Acapulco, Nervous NYC, Suara and Bush for whom Jon’s remix of “Man Alive” by Devilfish helped the track reach the No1 spot in Beatport’s Techno chart for a massive 6 weeks and a No2 in the main chart.
Jon’s DJ sets have always won him great acclaim. From his Sunday afternoon residency at The End in London to headline sets across the globe, Jon has always understood how to play to people properly. A highly adjustable and adaptable DJ, he displays an astute awareness of how to get the crowd going, reacting and responding to the atmosphere by playing key records at the right time to pick the crowd up or take them down again depending on whether he’s warming up or headlining the entire night. Having already toured Europe extensively throughout his career, last year saw Jon being invited to many places for the first time in his career. Equally at home in more intimate venues as he is in large main rooms, Jon has performed at Matter in London, Koko, Air, Sankeys, Privilege and Space in Ibiza , Guvernment in Toronto, LeShowcase in Paris and Cielo in New York in addition to tours of the US and Australia. His festival appearances include Global Gathering, Dancevalley, Big Day Out, Future Music Festival, Ultra Music Festival, Sonar, Creamfields, South West Four, EH1 and Belgium’s huge Tommorowlands. Summer 2011 will see him return to Tommorowlands once again alongside gigs at Dance Valley, Global Gathering and Zurich Street Parade in addition to a mini residency at Space in Ibiza, plus further club dates at Fabrik in Madrid, Shake It in London, Kupari Beach in Croatia and Rockhal in Luxembourg.

Jon has just stuck to playing good music that he truly believes in throughout his career. He has stuck to his guns - a decision that is now working in his favour, enabling him to play to more and more people each year.
“I don’t want to ram it down people’s necks in a contrived way. I like the music to do the talking and connect with people there and then. When I get the chance to play, I just make sure people have a great time.”

JUST BE has held many guises in his journey through electronic music. Launching his career as Matthew B in the midst of the UK acid house explosion, his identity and sound has undertaken many a metamorphosis, through Bushwacka!, The End Soundsystem, Layo and Bushwacka! to settle for the meantime on JUST BE. His continual evolution, thirst for new sounds and epic touring schedule has ingrained his many identities across the international club scene.

Dj Simi Biog:
Dj Simi was born and raised at Napoli (Naples, Italy)The first time he saw a dj was at 12 years old. Passion at first sight. Inmediately manifestates an interest for hiphop and particularly for scratch and turntablism. At his 18ths starts to go more for professionalism. His passion for music doesn't know limits, with years passing by he starts to work in studio and take out his art with different music styles, hiphop, techno, house, deep, newjazzfunk, lounge & soundtracks for cinema and documentaries.His capacity to use turntables, samplers,softwares, cd players, synthetizers, comes for his big interest for the "sound", that leans him to realize a series of† projects, different between them but together in an unique style.A style that has been influenced in time of every† global music style, starting from the primitive roots of every corner of the world.He has performed with many of international DJS specially in Italy and many more countries..
In 1998 he made an italian Hip-hop project called LA FAMIGLIA,selling more of 30000 copies and writing the history of this genre in Italy.After 10 years the 2 albums of LA FAMIGLIA keep to inspiring all the new italian hip-hop artistes and playing in live in all Italy and part of the Europe(Some squares:Milan 30000 people,Turin 40000 people,Tirana 200000 people.Some theaters Sanremo,Livorno,Venezia,Napoli,Roma.Some tv channels: Rai,Mediaset,Tele+,Tmc.
In 2000, together Fabio "Masterkeys" creates a series of projects that start to go into the history of the club culture(their productions† are released in labels of worldwide importance like INTEC/23RD CENTURY of Carl Cox, YOSHITOSHI of Sharam, SCI-TEC of Dubfire)In 2002 both artists create a label with the name of DECK proposing an exclusive sound of cult in dancefloors of all around the planet , receiving support and consence from the dj star system.
Always together MasterKeys,he did another great musical experience making the album of the SURFERS,called Indigenous Legend,genre chill-jazz-funk-ambient,released on Undiscovered UK Records.A journey thru different kind of music from all the world,with many italian musicians.Another project from 2004 is ETHNO LIGHT.There are 2 albums for the italian national tv channel RAI.The tracks are created for original soundtracks for a movie and for many documentaries.
In 2006 DJ Magazine asked Carl Cox to choose one DJ to ëface offí against, for a special covermount CD. The British techno superstar selected DJ Simi, above all others.Then in 2008, came Simiís debut release on Dubfireís SCI+TEC label. The two tracker ëErrore di Sistema / R1í hit the shuffle techno vibe right on the head and proved Cavagnuolo was just as capable of producing dark Detroit and Berlin inspired bleep thrillers, as he was at creating Chicago-led floor fillers.
His new project is KENPO RECORDINGS,a new label started in 2010. Simi find a sound solid,dub,with mechanic loop influenced by techno,and a warm deep sound,all conceived straight for the dancefloor.

Paride Saraceni

Paride Saraceni is with no doubt one of the most promising young figure in the international underground music scene. Production, listening to music and deep researches develope in him eclecticism and a strong desire of perfection that define him today as a unique music maker. Paride recives support and is played by notorious artists such as Carl Cox, Sven vath, Dubfire, Richie Hawtin, Sebastien Leger, Monika Kruse, Stephan Bodzin, Danilo Vigorito, Tocadisco, Paco Osuna, Mihalis Safras, Lutzenkirchen, Tony Rohr, Paul Ritch, Phunk Investigation and his music has been released on impact labels such as Global Underground ("Black Rock Desert" mixed by Carl Cox "GU38") as well as Loose records, Trapez, Harthouse, Orion Muzik, Frequenza and more..
