Attendees of Chinese Laundry this Thursday April 5th are in for a Good Friday indeed as we open our doors to two of the freshest sound makers in modern Bass, Electro, House & Dubstep—TJR and FILTH COLLINS!

TJR (real name TJ Rozdilsky) has consistently cooked up big room bangers that have received massive support from the most prominent DJ's around the world. Combining his love for grimey analog bass, chugging techno grooves, and quirky vocal samples, TJR has crafted a refreshingly new cross-over sound, displaying a natural ability for creating incredible remixes by himself or collaborating with Hot Mouth. Examples include Armand Van Helden "Boogie Monster", LA Riots "The Drop", DJ Dan & Donald Glaude "Stick Em", DJ Kue "40's and Hoes", and Paul Anthony & ZXX "Bang It". Besides these official remixes, TJR bootlegged Sir Mix-A-Lot titled "Baby Got Jacked" that received enormous support throughout the summer of 2010. And Recently has had a Beatport #1 single with the massive “Funky Vodka”

What makes TJR's live sets special is his capacity for diversity, blending together a plethora of energy and different genres into his main room sound. He has competed and won DJ battles since his very beginnings, which has greatly influenced his creative mixing and impromptu scratching. With upcoming releases, remixes and worldwide support from the likes of Fatboy Slim, Calvin Harris, DJ Dan, LA Riots, Donald Glaude, Hijack, Santiago & Bushido, Electric Soulside, Hatiras, Will Bailey, and Calvertron, we can safely say TJR has positioned himself amongst the finest.

DJ FILTH COLLINS has exploded into the Dubstep scene to devastating effect, and has quickly grown to have "Arguably one of the best names in Dubstep" (Mistajam - BBC Radio 1). Filth has proven that even though his name is comical - his productions, live shows, and work-rate are nothing to laugh at. His catchy melodic sound sets him apart from what has become an overly noisy and unimaginative scene, and his following has began to grow. The following year has been enormous for Filth Collins, with non-stop touring around Australia and New Zealand supporting the likes of Caspa, 16Bit, Doctor P, Brown and Gammon, and Antiserum; chart success with his remix of "Too Fresh - Hotel Party" reaching the top 10 in the Aria Club charts; and features on major compilation albums such as "Dubstep Invasion 2". Highly sought after for his high energy live shows, and with forthcoming collaborations with grime legend Footsie and a release on the UK's most promising new label "Second To None Music", Filth Collins shows no sign of slowing down in 2012.
