Here is some info on the DJs in the line up:
AKA Loftkidluis) is a true veteran if New York nightlife. He started out as a child in the mid-1970’s in tow of his mother at The Loft (David Mancuso’s renowned dance party), naturally melding into the familial society of dancing denizens. Growing up within nightlife culture, Loftkidluis has attended innumerable parties on the ever-changing cultural landscape, experiencing the musical artistry of the world’s best DJs – dancing and playing his ubiquitous tambourine all along. Over the better part of the last decade, Loftkidluis has been involved with Melting Pot Global: an artistic collective and roving dance party centered on soulful house music. Still intertwined with The Loft, he works as the head production manager for its special events. Loftkidluis’ love of making people happy through music and dance has evolved into an interest in social activism; aiming to promote New York’s legendary nightlife culture and preserve everyone's access and ability to enjoy and express themselves therein. Loftkidluis got on board with New York’s Dance Parade at it’s inception in 2006, volunteering for the ever-growing spectacle and otherwise spearheading the House Coalition group and corresponding float. Recently, Loftkidluis has joined in with the long-running Blind Faith Collective, a roving bi-costal house music affair.
Dj Francis is originally from Honolulul HI where he started djing and throwing parties in 2001. He has been in NYC for the past 5 years playing regularly at various venues through out the city and currently holds a residency at subMercer for his party Maison Francaise....
SF transplant and LA local Travis 'TK' Disko cut his teeth as a mainstay in the San Francisco music scene. A founding member of DJ and production collective 40 Thieves (Smash Hit Music/Rong/Permanent Vacation), LA's infamous Hot Biscuit parties and SF's Gun Club events, Travis brings a deep knowledge of and respect for music to his gigs. Travis is a DJ, yes, but forget for one second what you know or think about DJs because we’re talking about an unconventional one right now; a real selector in the classic sense.
Drawing on disparate influences scattered across decades and continents, the guy has an uncanny ability to spin together a sonic Frankenstein able to mop up any dancefloor. He makes the new sound old and the old sound new. Never lazy, always evolving, he’ll have your girlfriend dancing on tables or your boyfriend trainspotting from behind the booth. From the barn burners to the makeout jams, TK’s got ‘em.
Over the years, TK has played alongside some of dance music's biggest names, from Optimo to Jeff Mills, the Wicked crew, DJ Harvey and Prins Thomas. Today, in addition to DJ-ing and throwing some of LA and SF's sweatiest parties, TK spends his days in the studio with partner Alexandre Mouracade under the name Split Secs, preparing to unleash a new kind of groove on dancefloors everywhere.

As an infant my mother said I would dance in her arm to the song " Evil woman " by E.L.O. My very first record was the point by Harry Nielson. I remember listening to records on my fathers stereo console for hours. It had green light up numbers and and glowing orange band that would move up and down with the twist of a knob. I would do this for hours. Eventually my parents gave me my own record player. A tan and white fisher price model that was made specifically for kids. Being the oldest of three children this would become the entertainment center for us all, and I consider that to be my first DJ gig.
Born and raised in Los Angeles, Gustavo has been in the underground house music scene since 1992. An avid record collector turned DJ who can be found spinning vinyl at various venues throughout NYC. He moved from California in 2005 and met up with AuGUSt Goulet. Sharing a love for disco they formed DoubleGUS and can be found going back to back with wild disco mashups.
Needless to say its going to be great time!
See you on the dancefloor.....
