*Ladies Package (ladies only): 2 Bottles of Voli Vodka: $450 plus tax and tip (up to 10 ladies)
*Silver Package: 2 Bottles of Belvedere or Ciroc Vodka + Complimentary Champagne: $550 plus tax and tip (up to 8 guests)
*Gold Package: 1 Bottle of Belvedere or Ciroc Vodka + 1 Bottle of Patron Silver + Complimentary Bottle of Champagne: $575 plus tax and tip (up to 8 guests)
*Platinum Package: 2 Bottles of Belvedere or Ciroc Vodka + 1 Bottle of Patron Silver + Complimentary Bottle of Champagne: $850 plus tax and tip (up to 12 guests)

Bottle upgrades or changes are available for an additional $50 per bottle. 20% gratuity and 8.875% sales tax is additional.

Amnesia is exclusively 21 and over, Table reservations do not guarantee entrance. Entrance is at the sole discretion of the doorman so dress to impress!

If you would like to move forward with a reservation, please let us know at least one day prior to your party. Reservations for packages expire after 12:30am on the night of the reservation.
