The king of the Funk is back on Saturday the 5th of May at Bloomsbury Bowling Lanes. Yes Craig Charles from Radio 6 Music is making his last appearance in London before the Summer and expect a whole host of magic from his Trunk of Funk ranging from each end of the Funk and Soul Spectrum albeit classic tracks to the contemporary Dance-floor shakers.
The live Funk band who play in support are none other than The Universal Taal Project who love experimenting with a
wide range of sounds including breakbeats and electronics,
dubstep, dnb, Asian styles, funk, soul, reggae and much more.
They have got the crowds buzzing internationally at festivals in
Mexico, India, France, Canada, USA, Venezuela and around the
UK.
Mary-Go-Round, Sir Funk and Otis Waby are the resident djs keeping you on the good foot.
