By turns brooding, emotive and uplifting, slipping effortlessly between pure instrumentals and vocal driven tracks, London based quintet Talk In Colour's music defies easy categorisation.

Together, the band blends electronic and organic instrumentation into a blistering aesthetic, drawing influences from Broadcast, Lamb, Battles, The XX, Berlin-era Bowie, Bonobo, early House and Hip-hop, with a nod to Afrobeat and Alice Coltrane along the way.

Virgin Soldiers are an eclectic group of musicians who share a passion to create innovative music. One of the band’s unique selling points is the incredible rhythm and energy of the songs – achieved without the use of a drum kit – and unable to find a genre to fit their music they created their own, Strock.
