Headlining this deep house heavy party is a bona-fide legend in the form of Chicago man Chez Damier. Chez has crafted countless classic EPs in his time, either solo, along side Ron Trent or many others. Working for hallowed labels like KMS, Balance and his own Prescription, his sound is deep and soulful, jazz tinged but resolutely house… prepare for a musical education from a genuine great.

Parisian Jeremy aka Underground Paris is an unapologetic deep house revivalist who runs his own staunchly independent and vinyl only imprint, My Love Is Underground. The label’s releases have become hot commodities on discogs, pairing garage vibes with deep house cool and coming from names like Brawther, Jeremy Iz and many more.

Next guest Buckley has a long and illustrious association with house music which goes right back to playing at legendary Manchester club The Hacienda. Now found spinning parties like Back to Basics in Leeds, Face in Birmingham and many more, he’s also about to unleash some brand new house sounds on VIVa and Hot Creations: expect the unexpected is all we’re saying.

Denney, meanwhile, is Buckley’s right hand man in the studio but also has some killer releases coming out soon. As a DJ he spins clued-up house at plenty of equally in the know UK parties, so is a fine addition to the line-up.

As always, The Light Bar will be decked out with sound both indoors and out, whilst there is also a new VIP balcony upstairs. The party will start at midday, allowing you to catch some nice spring sunshine in the Bar’s secluded courtyard and grab a bite to eat from the BBQ. Then, as the warmth and light fades away, you’ll be free to roam inside amongst the darker, more headsdown beats coming at you through the killer Funktion One rig.

Although this is now Ketoloco’s spiritual London home of four years, there will be one other change: the addition of a raised stage in the main room to keep things fresh.
