Hello you Freqy Angelinos,

I hope you’re all simply fantabulous.

It’s been a great start to 2012 for Superfreq in the City Of Angels with both the warehouse in March & Los Globos in April being so much fun. Well, we’re just getting into our stride having jumped two hurdles & the third hurdle is the water jump, which means it’s a big one.

On Friday June 8th, Superfreq hosts the amazing Dim Mak Studios in Hollywood which will be our grandest effort this year as we have the absolute pleasure of announcing that the queen of techno, none other than Magda herself, will be joining our jolly band of Freqs.

Magda first came to the fore after being introduced to the techno world by Richie Hawtin at M_nus. She has since proved her mastery of the dance floor, time & time again & with each set, stepped just that little further out of the M_nus shadow. One year ago, Madga left M_nus to set up her own imprint along with Troy Pierce & Marc Houle which is when the amazing Items And Things was born & in just a few short releases, Items And Things has rocketed to the top of the techno & house world with its amazing acid infused sounds. Magda has since been wowing dance floors the world over & after she completely annihilated Superfreq’s 10th anniversary in London on March third, we thought it only right to bring the Queen of Techno to Los Angeles & we guarantee you this, she will blow your mind with the funkiest, sexiest acid house this side of the Pleiades.

Of course Magda joins our Los Angeles residents Mr.C, who’s been a very busy chappy indeed promoting, spinning, producing & being a bad influence in general, Xo Chic, who’s been spinning a fine web of debauchery throughout LA & David Scuba who’s just had his first vinyl release on Riff Raff Limited.

For you visual satisfaction, we shall be installing state of the art visuals by Tokio Le Deux ( foto*phunk / undercover / exxxplosivo).
Additional Funktion One sound system, lasers & decorations will also be installed, so the production will be tip top.

This is a party not to be missed as Superfreq once again ups the game in Los Angeles showcasing forward thinking, innovative dance music for quality people in quality surroundings. Let’s get our Freq on!
