SAMU.L - http://soundcloud.com/samu_l
https://www.facebook.com/pages/Samul/175891415757819
Samu.l is steadily becoming labelled as one of the most exciting young house and techno artists emerging from the UK. His productions get regular plays across the globe from the likes of tINI, Enzo Siragusa and Steve Bug.
His hugely popular edits of Burial and James Blake have received widespread interest, and tracks from his debut EP on Baalsaal Records are seen in numerous DJ charts. 'Balance' is also included on the Watergate 10 compilation mixed by Marco Resmann.
His DJ sets are a representation of his own sound, playing stripped-back, deep, bass-driven beats. He has also developed a Live set, where he delivers his own productions and takes control of every loop and sample.
He has played at some of the UK's best underground parties including Lo*kee and Fuse, and is a resident at one of the countries best clandestine parties - Cloak/N/Dagger.
samu.l continues to experiment with his sound in the studio and has a range of releases in the pipeline, including material for Nic Fancuilli's Saved imprint and Adam Shelton & Subb-an's One Records.
FACE - A follower of rave culture and a fan of underground music since 1995, FACE began to DJ on pirate radio in 1999 (ice fm/passion fm/unknown fm) as well as getting on to the "under the underground" rave scene.
He plays a distinctive sound that fuses garage, house, dub, funk and and soul into his sets.
Playing most recently at East London parties Awake, Feast and act natural, FACE is a big name to watch and already has a substantial London following which is only going to grow.
Like an undefined genre you wont know what to expect next musically from this london boy but you will definitely be raving!
Finnebassen - http://soundcloud.com/finnebassen
https://www.facebook.com/finnebassen
Dirty melancholic house music is the produce of much musical soul searching for emerging Norwegian star Finnebassen.
Leaving his teenage genre hopping days behind him, 2008 saw a house music epiphany, as a deep rooted interest in electronic music began, bringing Finnebassen to the sound he relays today.
Although he has been producing music and playing gigs in his hometown of Oslo for a long time, 2012 sees his first releases, as his creations are set to attack a scene which he has been passionate about for so long with soap factory set to be his first big date in London!
He also holds a residency at massive Oslo night spot Jaeger and can often be found playing at The Villa.
Danny Malone - Danny is a young London based DJ and producer with a passion for vinyl.
Expect deep, stripped back house and techno from this new kid on the scene.
James Vernon - Head honcho of the monthly day party Plastic Groove which is a strictly vinyl deep house and tech event, James is also known on the circuit under the names 7.1 (techno) and The Making Of (techno) for live performances.
His productions and sets have a very recognisable real house and techno sound, and are often described as soulful and spiritual. Recent performances in Dalston make him the perfect choice to get the party going at soap factory!
tickets are £10.
guestlist is £12 before 7pm.
SOAP FACTORY promises to provide a day of pure filth!
