dollop present 3 dates across June and July, each headlined by the DJs/producers most associated with the birth of Detroit techno - the so-called 'Belleville Three': Juan Atkins, Kevin Saunderson & Derrick May.

Alongside these three legendary artists we have some of UK’s best new talent and favourite DJs. The events take place in a TBA East London Warehouse location, will be streamed live on Boiler Room with a strictly limited capacity.

▬▬▬ MORE INFO ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬

KEVIN SAUNDERSON
(Inner City / KMS Records)
http://www.kevinsaunderson.com/

Kevin Saunderson is an American electronic music producer. At the age of nine he moved to Belleville, Michigan, a suburb of Detroit where he attended Belleville High School and befriended two students, De rrick May and Juan Atkins. Saunderson, with Atkins and May, (often called the "Belleville Three"), is considered to be one of the originators of techno, specifically Detroit techno.

BODDIKA (Nonplus)

With electronic music becoming more polished and quantized, Boddika’s arrival has shaken the scene to its very core, slamming down with a raw take on things that’s making all journalists scramble for the right genre tag. Is it electro? Techno? Old? New? Harking the expansive sounds of Luke Vibert, the analogue programming of Juan Atkins early work, and the rawness of the Drexciya/Dopplereffekt family, Boddika is the newest project of Al Green, 1/2 of the boundary-pushing duo that’s re-written the rules completely, Instra:mental.

FACTORY FLOOR
http://www.facebook.com/factoryfloor

Despite the post-industrial label often affixed to Factory Floor, there’s a greater complexity of sound within the band’s music that defies such facile descriptions. Yes, there are rigid, fixed beats, and other sounds from the manufacturing plant, as suggested by the trio’s moniker. But there is also an underlying danceability that belies the seeming austerity of the sound; a hint at warmth that cuts through the permafrozen exterior....
