For our fourth party this year leading into the sweet London summer season, and ahead of Gary Beck’s appearance at this year’s Awakenings Festival, we have the pleasure to announce two rare UK headline appearances and a total collision of Swedish and native British techno. Essentially showcasing two prolific techno heavyweights GARY BECK and NIHAD TULE who need little introduction to this warehouse special at “Crucifix Lane” in London.

Uncompromising support will come from our residents Nick Bowman the head honcho behind the massively successful “The Future Underground Show” and Telmo Fernandez.

This event is sure to promise you no less than a downright relentless 8 hour techno marathon fused with an ear piercing Nova sound system and blessed with bespoke state of the art visuals.

In the company of all that is exciting about techno, so much raw talent and cutting edge force packed into a venue with real personality, we simply could not think of a better way to fire off the vibes of this year’s London summer season.

7-9 Crucifix Lane is a warehouse-style night time venue tucked in the arches beneath London Bridge station. Often known by its previous incarnation as 'Jacks', Crucifix Lane combines the warehouse feel with the creature comforts of your normal night club. The venue boasts newly installed 'Nova' sound system, 2 rooms and 2 bars, and is fully licensed. If you have not yet witnessed this unique event space then be sure to get involved for what will be a cutting edge techno voyage!

GARY BECK (Soma, BEK audio)
Gary Beck is regarded as one of the most prolific and inventive producers in the current electronic music scene. Renowned for his own unique sound, Gary is currently in high demand all over the world playing at some of the most respected clubs such as Berghain, Tresor, Space and Fabric to name but a few. He can count on support from many of the biggest names in Techno, including Dubfire, Chris Liebing, Len Faki, Pete Tong, Nic Fanciulli and Richie Hawtin.

His style can be heard on labels such as Saved, Soma, Electric Deluxe, CLR, Drumcode and his own imprint BEK Audio.

Gary’s career was given an early boost when Richie Hawtin signed his track ”Consumed” to the Minus label.
From that point on, interest began to grow around this talented artist. Before long he was playing to crowds around Europe, South America and Asia. More recently his unique style has been appreciated in New York and further tours of America are in the pipeline.

Production wise, Gary has been enjoying success with Nic Fanciulli’s Saved label. Hits such as ”Say What” have been setting dance floors alight around the world, however he also enjoys returning to his techno roots on labels such as Speedy J’s Electric Deluxe, Len Faki’s Figure and Adam Beyer’s Drumcode.
Refusing to be caught up in the new wave of sync technology Gary prefers to work with turntables along with Traktor and controllers keeping the old and new school vibe alive.
Already booked for most of 2012 Gary looks to maintain the same level of consistency which has seen him gain many admirers around the world.

NIHAD TULE (Drumcode, 1:53.2)
Nihad Tule has lately emerged as one of the most prolific producers on the Swedish techno scene. Born in 1984 in Mostar (Bosnia-Herzegovina), Nihad's family sought refuge from the war in their native country and settled down in Sweden. In Norrköping on the Swedish east coast, Nihad soon became hooked by electronic music, producing and DJing. This eventually led to releases on Swedish labels Sway and HzTrax, to name a few.

His sound developed, gradually becoming more minimalistic and leading to an impressive string of releases and remixes on respected techno labels such as Drumcode and Truesoul, receiving support from names like Adam Beyer, Ben Klock, Marcel Dettmann, DJ Rolando, Joel Mull, Cari Lekebusch,
Len Faki, and many more.

Besides that, Nihad is constantly gaining more and more fans with his energetic DJ-sets, earning spots at several Drumcode label parties, and is today resident at 2.35:1, one of Stockholm’s techno hot spots.
