Founder of Hyperdub, one of the most influential labels of the last years, producer and dj, Steve Goodman aka Kode9 is much more than a musician: his PhD in Philosophy brought him to teach at University of East London, and his passion for soundwaves pushed him to write an essay focusing on the use of sound and noise in war, Sonic Warfare, published by MIT Press.

On the occasion of Giorno per Giorno's opening, Tuesday 19th June Kode9 will perform in the evocative Automobile Museum of Torino, for a free entry show that will retrace the fortunate history of Hyperdub and of his creator, godfather of a musical scene that, born in the UK, has proceeded to conquer the planet.
